Scalable Computing publishes high-quality, scholarly research papers, comments on previously published papers, and survey articles on any aspect of scalable computing and communications. The journal aims to actively consolidate the state-of-the-art research in the field, and foster advancements in circuit and component design, software, operating systems, networking and mobile computing, cloud computing, computational grids, peer-to-peer systems, and high-performance computing.

Open Thematic series

Scalable Middleware for HPC and Big Data Systems

In this thematic series, we are particularly interested in original work at the intersection of HPC and Big Data with regard to middleware handling and optimizations. The scope is existing and proposed middleware for HPC and big data, including analytics libraries and frameworks.
